Using this site

You may use celabs.io for lawful, personal, and business purposes. Please do not interfere with the site, attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access, or use the site in a way that harms CeLabs or others.

Projects are in development

Ideas, concepts, and projects shown on this site are in development. We may change, pause, or stop working on any of them, and we may decide not to pursue them at all. Information on this site is not a promise that a project, product, feature, service, or opportunity will be made available.

Ideas and materials you send us

If you send CeLabs an idea, concept, pitch, file, message, or other material through “Bring us a concept,” our contact path, email, or any other channel, we may choose not to review it, respond to it, or use it at all.

Sending material does not create an obligation for CeLabs to evaluate, use, compensate for, or keep it confidential. Do not send material that depends on confidentiality or payment unless CeLabs has first agreed to that in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Site content

The design, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this site are owned by CeLabs or used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, modify, sell, or use its content commercially without permission, except where the law allows it.

Project and third-party destinations

This site may link to destinations for Bright Talks, Sleepvale, Buoy, and FamilyFirst, as well as other sites or services. Those destinations may have their own terms and privacy practices. CeLabs is not responsible for content, availability, or practices outside this site.

Many of the projects in our portfolio are created by CeLabs, but their pages are hosted on separate sites, including pages on nrthst.github.io (GitHub Pages). Those sites are independent of celabs.io and may have their own terms and privacy practices, which apply when you visit them.

Sleepvale may use Kickstarter for crowdfunding. If you visit or participate in a Kickstarter campaign, Kickstarter’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply to that activity.

Disclaimers and limits

We provide this site as is and as available. We try to keep it useful and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be complete, current, secure, error-free, or available.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CeLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
