When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the site, including PostHog for analytics, or when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and security. If CeLabs is involved in a business transition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Other websites and services

Our site may link to destinations for Bright Talks, Sleepvale, Buoy, and FamilyFirst, as well as other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Many of the projects in our portfolio are created by CeLabs, but their pages are hosted on separate sites, including pages on nrthst.github.io (GitHub Pages). Those sites are independent of celabs.io and may have their own terms and privacy practices, which apply when you visit them. Information collected when you visit them is governed by those policies, and by GitHub’s Privacy Statement for pages hosted on GitHub, rather than this one.

Sleepvale may use Kickstarter for crowdfunding. Information you provide to or through Kickstarter is covered by Kickstarter’s Privacy Policy and its terms, rather than this policy.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through this site. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please use our Contact us path so we can address it.

Security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or internet transmission is completely secure. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including legal, operational, and security needs.
